Counselors-In-Training

A CIT’s job is to build relationships with campers and assist SpringHill counselors by working with the same group of campers for the entire week. This will include playing GWAPS (Games With A Purpose), singing songs, helping with activities, and talking with kids about what they’re learning about God. We love CITs that have a lot of energy, are service-minded, and love Jesus! CITs are expected to attend a training on Sunday before camp and will be part of the team’s morning devotionals.
